We work closely through every stage with a new client starting with their first property and progressing at a pace that suits them.   We cover the area from  Brighton to Chichester along the beautiful Sussex coastline.  We also invest in the Greater Manchester area and can offer our investors fantastic returns there too.

We are International award winning developers of new build luxury villas in Montenegro and expertise in converting listed and historical buildings and restoring them to their former glory. 

 

We LOVE property and enjoy creating beautiful spaces for people to buy or rent.  We believe everyone’s home is their castle be it a 6 bed luxury villa or a one bedroom in a shared house. We continue to add to our own portfolio but really enjoy working with other people in realizing their property dreams too.
